Guilin government officer Mo Mingjan said, Guilin will build the the largest manufactured base of tourism souvenir in China.

Mr.Mo said to the media that in all over China currently all of the tourism souvenirs are very similar. It can't show local unique feelings. The same problem also occurs in Guilin. In March 2011 the National Tourism Souvenir Creative Design Competition was held in Guilin. 90 designs will be selected from the completion. The creative designs will help Guilin to make new tourism souvenirs.
