Ban Bian Du Print

Ban Bian Du, is not very far from the Crown Cave on the western bank. A huge rock descends into the river and cuts off a footpath by the water edge.

On each side of the rock, there is a village. These unique villages are Crown Cave village and Taoyuan village. Obstructed by the hill, the come-and-go between Crown Cave and Taoyuan villages depends entirely on ferryboat. Different from other ferries, the ferries of these two villages are on the same side of the river, instead of opposite sides. Hence the name Half-side Ferry. Visitors arrive here and all marvel at the ruggedness and steepness of the countryside and the rarest of the world's ferries.
